Circuit City has just started offering the first Toshiba HD DVD player under $200. Just in time for the Christmas season.

This is definitley going to affect the HD - Blu-Ray DVD wars.
Especially since seeing the name “Toshiba” on the box, though, as it’s a brand that enjoys some consumer confidence.
