I almost don’t want to blog about this. If I do and more people know about it, it may get too busy and ruin the remoteness and beauty of it all. Then again if you ever get a chance to do this, you absolutely must!

My family took the hike down last week. It’s not exceptionally grueling, but you had better be in decent shape. Once down and over to the falls, you will find the most beautiful spot in Arizona, maybe in the whole United States!

This is a little known place in the heart of the desert, at the bottom of the Grand Canyon that everyone must experience! Some have said it’s better than Hawaii! Some say it’s the trip of a lifetime. Here are some other quotes:

“A garden of Eden in the Desert”
“You will not believe the color of the water. An amazing Aqua-Marine”
“Impossible to forget and you will want to come back over and over again!”

One of these things that makes this place so special is that it is not easy to get to. You either have to hike 10 miles down and back up the Grand Canyon, ride a Mule, or pay for a helicopter ride.
